Conditions of Use

Welcome to aspac.com.sg ("ASPAC"). ASPAC provide the content and services available on the Site to you subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by these Terms & Conditions which include our Privacy Policy .

1. Application of terms and conditions of sale

By completing the product purchase order form and clicking on the “Submit” button and submitting an order via ASPAC online system, customer represents and warrants that customer has the requisite legal capacity, authorization and consent (under the relevant laws in the relevant jurisdiction) to contract with ASPAC and agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.

The Terms and Conditions represent the complete and existing contract between customer and ASPAC in relation to a purchase of any of the products. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by ASPAC shall be subject to amendment without any liability on the part of ASPAC. Customers below the age of 16 are to seek parental consent prior to making any online purchases.

ASPAC reserves the right to amend, add or vary any of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Product warranty

All warranty conditions are stated in the product information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none. ASPAC shall pass on any product warranty offered by manufacturer of the products to customer. However, as ASPAC does not manufacture the products itself, ASPAC shall neither be held responsible for any faults or defects of the products nor shall it be liable for any claims for loss, harm or damage by the customer or any end-consumer or any third party arising out of or in connection with the products.

3. Terms of payment

Payments for all orders received from any countries except Singapore must be paid by Credit Card via Paypal or Bank Transfer in Advance. Cash on Delivery payment option is only available for orders placed within Singapore only.

ASPAC currently accepts only Visa card, MasterCard and PayPal payments. International customers should note that all prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars by default. Customers may choose to view and transact the prices in other quoted currencies currently available in US Dollars and Euro Dollars. The bank that owns your credit card must support your payments in these currencies. You’ll be charged according to the prevailing exchange rate on the day that your bank posts the transaction. All prices quoted are exclusive of delivery charges, taxes/levies and other fees, unless otherwise stated.

ASPAC may charge 4.5% of total order value below SGD1000.00 when customer makes payment by Credit cards via Paypal.
ASPAC may also imposed SGD 20.00 to SGD 30.00 bank fee for total order below SGD1000.00 & customer choose to make payment by Bank Transfer.

ASPAC does not charge any customs duties on International shipments, however ASPAC cannot guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country. ASPAC is required by law to declare the contents of international packages and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. ASPAC is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.

4. Delivery service

With effect from 1 February 2015, the minimum order for free local delivery is S$100. No delivery service will be provided for orders received which are below S$15. Order value below S$100 is subject to a delivery charge or low order fee of $20.

Delivery within Singapore (mainland only) is free for goods purchased with minimum value above S$100.00.

Delivery service is not available outside Singapore mainland, e.g. Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin, Air Freight Center at Changi or nearby islands etc.. ( delivery charges may be imposed even if we agree to deliver )

Additional flat fee of S$50 surcharges applies for express delivery arrangement (within 24 hours ).

Delivery of orders will be arranged within 1-5 working days upon receiving orders.

By default, our delivery in Singapore are scheduled as follow:
Monday - Friday : 9.00am ~  5.00pm
No delivery on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holiday.


Other delivery timings can be arranged upon request.

Deliveries outside of Singapore will be charged according to the prevailing shipment rates quoted by Singapore SpeedPost Worldwide Air Parcel. The rates are available on www.speedpost.com.sg.

Subject to the Order Cancellation Policy by ASPAC in clause 6, ASPAC shall be obliged to deliver the products to the customer only upon confirmation of customer’s order and receipt of full due payment or satisfactory evidence of due payment from customer.

Delivery of the products shall be made in accordance with the trade terms agreed at such place, date or time as ASPAC may notify the customer by email or phone. Upon delivering the order, the person who receives the goods may be required to sign on the invoice or delivery order to acknowledge receipt of the goods.

For delivery within Singapore, if the first delivery attempt is not successful due to non-availability of the recipient at the time of delivery, there will be a surcharge for the subsequent delivery attempts at S$20 upon each request.

5. Order acceptance

ASPAC will send an electronic invoice acknowledgement to the customer within 24 hours upon successful submission of the electronic order. ASPAC cannot guarantee that every title offered for sale online would actually be shipped immediately as our inventory level may fluctuate on daily basis. In a rare situation, a title may be in stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, for any title which you place an online order and is found to be sold out at the time of processing, ASPAC will inform you by email & remove off the title from your order.

6. Order cancellation policy

6.1 There shall be no cancellation of or changes to customer’s order (upon submission of customer’s order and/or acceptance of customer’s order by ASPAC) without ASPAC written consent to the same. Customer undertake to indemnify ASPAC for any loss, damage, cost or expense (including but not limited to cancellation fees, warehousing/storage expenses and shipping/handling expenses) suffered or incurred by ASPAC as a result of such cancellation of or changes to customer’s order. Customer hereby acknowledges that ASPAC shall incur such loss, damage, cost or expense in the event of any cancellation of and/or changes to customer’s order. Customer shall (without prejudice to any right or remedy available to ASPAC under the Terms and Conditions or general law) reimburse ASPAC such loss, damage, cost or expense on first demand by ASPAC. ASPAC further reserves the right to suspend the performance or any of its obligations under the Terms and Conditions until Customer indemnifies ASPAC accordingly. However, you cancel an order if there is strong, valid reason. Please note the following cancellation charges:

• A cancellation charge of 20% of the order will be imposed for all cancellation made within 48 hours upon ordering.
• A cancellation charge of 50% of the order will be imposed for all cancellation made after 48 hours upon ordering.

6.2 ASPAC reserves the right to amend or cancel the customer's order under any circumstances ("Event") when ASPAC will incur loss, damage, cost or expense from performing its obligations. When such Event occurs and ASPAC exercises its right to amend or cancel the customer's order, the affected customer shall be notified duly and any payment that the customer has paid shall be refunded within reasonable timeframe. Such Event may include, but not limited to, any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer, invoice or other document or information issued by ASPAC.

7. Return policy

In the event that the products or parts of the products are damaged, defective or faulty (through no fault of customer), ASPAC shall, at its discretion:

• Replace the same products or part(s) due to manufacturing fault.

Provided that:

• Customer notifies ASPAC their intention to return the products within 3 days of the delivery or deemed delivery of the products to customer; and
• Customer returns the products or part (s) thereof to ASPAC in their original packing to such collection point designated by ASPAC; and must be accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase and a brief description of the fault of the product(s).
ASPAC agrees to such return of the products or part(s) thereof by customer.
• Customer shall bear all delivery charges in relation to the return of the Products or part(s) thereof to the collection point designated by ASPAC.

All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.

Local Return Policy
Return of products will be arranged with ASPAC.

Overseas Return Policy
Customer has to return the said faulty product(s) and bear the return freight charges. Upon receipt of the faulty product(s), ASPAC will send the replacement product(s) via mail. Normal delivery lead time applies.

8. Exchange policy

Once a product has been sold, it cannot be exchanged except for the following:

• Products received are different from what is stated on the invoice; i.e. wrong goods are delivered. Product is found to be faulty.
• If the product(s) received is wrong or faulty, there will be a one-to-one exchange for the same product. To exchange a product, please contact us within 3 days upon receiving the goods.

Local Exchange Policy
Exchange of product(s) will be arranged at ASPAC.

Overseas Exchange Policy
Customer has to scan/picture the said product(s) and email to ASPAC for verification. ASPAC will send the replacement product(s) via mail upon approval. Normal delivery lead time applies.

All products to be exchanged have to be returned to us in their original packaging & must be accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase and a brief description of the fault of the product(s).

9. Late delivery, non-delivery, partial delivery

Anytime period indicated at the Website as to the delivery period of the products are estimates only. ASPAC shall undertake all reasonable efforts to ensure that the products are delivered to customer within the relevant period(s) specified at the website, or as agreed between ASPAC and customer. Notwithstanding the aforesaid, ASPAC is unable to guarantee there shall be no late delivery or non-delivery of the products and ASPAC makes no representations or warranties that the products will be delivered within such period(s). Customer hereby agrees that ASPAC shall not liable for any loss, damage, and cost or expense suffered or incurred by customer as a result of such late delivery or non-delivery.

10. Characteristics of products

ASPAC has tried its best to ensure that the images of the products materially resemble the products delivered to the customer. These images are provided to ASPAC by the suppliers/manufacturers of the products or other third parties. Due to differences in monitors, the colour seen on screen may not be exact colour of the product. Accordingly and due to limitations beyond ASPAC control, ASPAC is not responsible or liable for any differences or non-conformity of the products delivered to the customer as compared to the images of the products displayed in the Website.

11. Ownership of intellectual property, rights

All intellectual property rights existing in or in relation to the website and/or contents (including but not limited to any text, picture, image, sound, graphics, video and other data), the products and/or any information, images or drawings supplied with the products belong to ASPAC and/or the supplier/manufacturer of the products (where applicable). Nothing herein shall or shall be deemed to pass any such intellectual property right to customer.

ASPAC makes no representations or warranties of any kind (whether express or implied) as to the intellectual property rights in relation to the products and/or any information images or drawings supplied with the products.

Customer undertakes not to use or download any material from the website and/or its contents (including but not limited to any text, picture, image, sound, graphics, video and other data) without the first obtaining prior consent or a license to do so from ASPAC.

12. Law and regulations

By transmitting an order via the website, the customer agrees that Singapore Law shall govern the Terms and Conditions and any contract or legal relationship formed on the basis of the order.
