Electric control system : its circuit has no capacitor and controlled by SCM.It features stable performance, high power factor, plug and pull wiring, convenient and reliable operation & maintenance.
Brake System: Dual brake system : mechanical double pawl gear brake system and controller short circuit resistor brake system. Use high friction coefficient oiled copper brake disc. no need to be adjusted. The brake system will act immediately when power failure or winch failure. Full safety and long service life.
Safety system : 
The position limit device will stop the winding of cable when it gets the upper and lower limits. It guarantees the safety during operation
Cable Specifications: The cable is made of steel wire imported from Japan and manufactured by specialized wire rope factory. its safety factor is 4:1.
Gear System: Use high efficiency bevel drive reduction gear. The strength of heat treated alloy steel gear is 3 times higher than rated capacity of winch.
Housing: The housing of motor and gear box is one piece aluminum alloy die-casting structure with strong toughness. It is machined by CNC with high precision which make the winch runs smoothly and low noise. The surface of housing is powder coated which grade is same as automobile with nice appearance. It also features compact and light weight for easy mobility.
