The ratchet and socket combination is one of the most useful and versatile items in any toolbox, and Proto has been working to make it even more so.
Proto’s line includes drive tools ranging from 1/4″ to 1″, drive that can accommodate socket sizes from 1/16in thru 3 1/2ins and from 2mm to 60mm. Socket come in standard and deep lengths. Standard length sockets are more suited for close, confined areas, while deep sockets will accommodate nuts where bolts protrude or to access a fastener in a recessed area.
